What this notice covers
This notice explains how information submitted through the Le Pavillon Restaurant website is used. For questions, contact contact@lepavillonrestaurantgh.com.
Reservation requests
When you request a table, the form asks for your name, email address, phone number, preferred date and time, party size, occasion, seating preference and any notes you choose to provide. These details are stored securely in the restaurant’s website database. A request copy is emailed to you and the full request is emailed to the restaurant so the team can review availability.
No automatic confirmation
Submitting the form does not create a confirmed booking. The restaurant will contact you directly about availability and arrangements.
How information is used
Information submitted in a reservation request is used to respond to that request, communicate about the visit and prepare for any needs you mention. The website does not ask you to opt into marketing when making a reservation request.
Technical session data
The website uses a temporary, same-site session cookie to protect the reservation form against misuse. The custom website does not include advertising trackers.
Optional WhatsApp handoff
A confirmed-reservation email may include a link that opens WhatsApp with a reservation recap addressed to the restaurant. Nothing is sent automatically: you choose whether to open WhatsApp, review the message and tap Send. WhatsApp and Meta process a message only if you choose to send it, under their own privacy practices.
Sharing and retention
Reservation details are handled by the restaurant and the hosting, database and email services needed to operate the website. Contact the restaurant if you want to ask about a submitted request or request deletion of the information you supplied.

The website links to the restaurant’s digital menu, social profiles and Google Maps. Those services have their own privacy practices.
